HIST 210: Ancient History This course is a survey of ancient Greece and Rome, from the age of the Trojan War to the end of the Roman Empire. HIST 236: The Crusades: Conflict and Accomodation Holy war or campaign for greed?  Whatever most people think of the Crusades, there's always more to learn. HIST 312W: The Middle Ages in Modern Eyes This is an upper-level, Writing Intensive course that aims to deepen understanding of the Middle Ages while also illustrating the various ways modern people have imagined that period.
